I got a computer virus/My hard drive crashed/I lost my files... how do I get them back?

Thanks for you inquiry.
As a courtesy to our customers, we would have no problem sending you a link to the e-books so you can download them again.
In order to verify your order and send you the correct information, we need the following:
1) Date of purchase
2) Name of product purchased
3) Email address you purchased the product with
4) Ticket number of the purchase (if you have it)
Please send us as much of this information as possible so we can quickly send you a temporary link.
Please also remember that you should always backup your data so you don't lose it. Computer viruses and crashes happen all the time, so you want to protect your investment.
