I haven't received my shipment...?

Solution We ship priority mail in most situations, so if you have not received your package after 6-10 business days, please submit a help desk ticket, including your order date, the item purchased, your name, email, phone number, and mailing address.

We'll let loose the dogs and find that package asap...!
